Privacy Policy

Heirloomix | Camera (the “app”) is operated by Blue Web Media (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and — just as importantly — what we will never do. Questions: 13rt.com@gmail.com.
We earn money when you ask us to make something from a photograph — never from the photograph itself.
What we collect
- Your photos. Photos you take with the free camera stay on your device and are synced to your private Forever Cloud vault only if you are a member. Photos on a roll you order prints for (and film-camera rolls) are uploaded so we can print and ship them.
- Shipping details. Your name, mailing address, and (optional) email — collected only when you order prints, so we can deliver them.
- Account identity. If you join the Forever Cloud, we use Sign in with Apple — we receive a stable identifier and, on your first sign-in, the name and email you choose to share.
- Purchases. Apple processes all payments and subscriptions. We receive a record that a purchase occurred; we never see your card details.
- Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To print and ship the photos you order, through our print partner.
- To store and protect your Forever Cloud vault, for members.
- To send you order and shipping updates.
- To operate, secure, and improve the app.
What we never do
We never sell, license, mine, or advertise against your photographs, and we never sell data drawn from them. Your memories are not a product. The only way an image earns money is when you, its owner, ask us to make something from it.
Who we share with
- Our print partner (Prodigi) — receives the images and shipping address solely to produce and deliver what you ordered.
- Infrastructure providers — Amazon Web Services (vault storage), Google Firebase (order processing and print image storage), and Apple (sign-in and payments).
- Otherwise only where required by law.
Keeping & deleting your data
Your vault is kept for as long as your membership and standing allow — that is the Forever Cloud promise. Order information is kept as needed to fulfill orders and maintain records. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app or by emailing 13rt.com@gmail.com. You manage your subscription in your Apple App Store settings.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
